- My main role as Clinical Instructor Coordinator (0.5FTE) has been to recruit, interview, & hire sessional clinical teachers to meet the ongoing needs of the undergraduate curriculum. In addition, I supported new & returning sessional teachers as well as those in continuing appointments by coordinating, designing and implementing Professional Development sessions related to teaching and learning in the clinical context. In March/April 2012, I transitioned out of this role after more than a decade of enacting it.
