Posting of Grades

Faculty may post student grades numerically (ie, listed by student number, without names, and in random order). All posted grades should be clearly labeled "Unofficial" (grades are not official until they appear on a student's academic record). If faculty intend to post grades, it is their responsibility to ensure that all students are advised of the current procedure before any grades are posted. Students who do not want their grades posted in the above manner may make other arrangements for obtaining their marks from faculty. Official grades are available online and are mailed to all students in June.
