Graduate Student Representation

MSN and MN-NP students have representation on the School of Nursing, Graduate Programs Policy Committee and the School of Nursing Faculty Caucus. Students are encouraged to get involved with the UBC Graduate Student Society.

Getting Ready to Graduate

Congratulations! You are about to join a small but important group of Canadian nurses. In BC, only 2% of nurses hold a graduate degree - this group provides important leadership in clinical practice, education, research, administration and policy work. You should be very proud of your accomplishments.

To ensure that you meet all the requirements for graduation and are able to attend the ceremony you must know the deadline dates for course completion and submission of your thesis or major essay. You must apply for graduation through the Student Service Centre.
